Wolf presses for new Black Panther probe - Washington Times
Eric Holder is incompetent and has corrupted the Justice Department by politicizing the process by which cases are prosecuted. In the case of the New Black Panther Party, he caused the dismissal of the case after the case was won and just prior to the judge passing sentence. Why would the Attorney General's Office in Washington, DC, do that when such issues are normally left to the U.S. Attorney and the prosecutors in the district where the crime occurred?
It's very simple, actually.
The New Black Panther Party was one of the first groups to support Barack Obama when he announced his run for the presidency.
The New Black Panther Party espouses the same political dogma as the White House.
The New Black Panther Party is made up of members that are useful 'foot soldiers' for Obama in the future.
The New Black Panther Party is made up of blacks and "social justice" demands they be treated differently.
The New Black Panther Party was supporting the winner of the election and in the Chicago Way, they get a pass on everything they did to help Obama win.
It is doubtful that the Democrats will fully support Congressman Wolf but we can hope that they are too embarrassed to let the refusal of Eric Holder to respond to numerous Congressional inquiries pass. We can hope.
Maybe that's what his campaign slogan actually meant: The people can hope that the right thing is done while he changes the rules to favor his friends.
Follow the link.
In the meantime remember this: Eric Holder has politicized the Office of the Attorney General more than any Attorney General in the history of the United States. He is an ideologue who is using his office to promote the political agenda of his patron and has shown, by his inability to legally justify his decisions or the legal history behind those decisions, that he is incompetent and unfit for the position in which he serves. He should step down or be impeached.
