Pagan Propaganda: The Other Attack on Christmas

This is an accurate and well-written rebuttal of the secular myths that have been propagated by the Grinches at the ACLU and in other liberal-progressive-socialist circles. Christmas is a Christian holiday. That is plain and simple. It is not the off-shoot of a pagan holiday or any other such nonsense. It is a Christian holiday.

To keep Christian icons and decorations out of Christmas is as idiotic as keeping Islamic references out of Ramadan or Jewish decorations out of Hanukkah. But the secularists want to do that and attack Christian symbols at every turn. Unfortunately, some in government have the spines of jelly fish and bow to these secular idiots. They should not. The United States was founded on Christian principles and that the history on that is clear. I know there are some who deliberately ignore that history but they don't do so out of intellectual honesty rather out of a personal bias that allows them to be smugly intellectually dishonest. I pity them.

We must, however, realize that those who attack Christians who celebrate this specific holiday do Christians a great favor. By their verbal attacks on Christians who are unflinchingly demonstrating their faith at this holy time they unwittingly bless those Christians in the eyes of the Lord our God. The devil has never been able to understand this and revels in insulting those who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. Satan wins only when Christians become timid or ashamed of their celebration of the birth of Christ. Christians win when they continue to celebrate despite the braying annoyance of asinine kibitzers standing outside the light of the Christmas tree.

So celebrate this holiday with love in your hearts toward all mankind...even liberal-progressive socialists, for those who haven't seen the light won't be led to it if they are shunned.
