EDITORIAL: Judicial hellholes - Washington Times
It is well known that one of the areas that absolutely must be addressed if we are to really reform the health care system is tort reform. Try as I might I could not find one sentence, one phrase, one word in Harry Reid's masterpiece of socialism that addressed that issue.
Could it be that the Democrats are loathe to upset one of their key constituencies in America: The Trial Lawyers?
