Of course the "botax" and cosmetic surgery taxes are out. The doctors probably weren't the only ones pressing Harry Reid for an exemption for botox treatments and plastic surgery. You don't expect Nancy Pelosi to be raising taxes on herself, do you?

But the tax on the pacemakers and other medical equipment is still in. Neither Nancy or Harry felt the need to delete that.
