We have to face the facts. We are dealing with a group of Chicago thugs in the White House. Of course, if our Congress was not an inutile bunch of troglodytic servants of the White House, they could stop this coercive blackmail rather quickly. They won't until after 2010, of course. And after 2012 we'll see if the EPA is even worth saving. I've advocated Congress cutting its' budget by 60% or more to make it behave but maybe it should be completely disbanded and replaced with a smaller agency that is less political in nature.
