There could be 1,000 reasons and the Global Warming fanatics under the tutelage of the Gorical would still automatically begin chanting "settled science...settled science...settled science...oommmm..." while holding their hands over their ears. They aren't arguing from reason, but from faith. It is not science so much as it is a weird new-age religion gone bad.
