Climategate researcher denounces 'smear' - Washington Times

Oh, yes, this makes sense: "I've been caught in a lie but it's actually a smear campaign and shouldn't be believed."

As Bill Cosby famously intoned in his Noah routine, "Right."

The problem with the climate "scientists" is that they collaborated to keep countering views from being published and, with the help of the AlGoreans who have a dubious political/economic agenda, kept repeating the mantra, "It's settled science. It's settled science." In fact, it is not settled science.

They can't even predict next week's weather and they tell us that the earth is warming--or is it cooling now--and, like Chicken Little we're supposed to run around and give them more grants for further research. More grants equals continued, profitable employment for these climate "scientists." And what they are doing is perpetrating a fraud on the world but especially on America. Leftists that they are, they have no problem with that sort of thing.

Read on to hear Michael Mann's petulant, it's-all-a-smear defense of himself.
