Lie. Then repeat the lie. Then have someone else repeat the lie. Keep this up until the public starts believing it and the Left Stream Media repeats it and it will become fact.
That is the favored tactic of the Obama Administration. They are incapable of telling the truth even when the truth won't hurt them. Goebbels, the ultimate socialist twister of truth, would be proud that this generation of liberal-progressive-socialist politicians finally perfected the execution of his model program of thought control.
