It's to be expected when you have a gang in charge of a White House that practices The Chicago Way. I'll bet Al Capone is looking up from Hades with a smile on his face thinking, "They figured out how to do it right and have the power of the government to keep themselves out of jail. And the papers and television won't even talk about it. Brilliant!"
