If only we listened, learned and remembered better, our freedoms wouldn't be as endangered as they are today. Instead, being human, each generation matures thinking that they alone have finally discovered "the truth" through liberalism. It isn't until they are old that they discover that their parents and grandparents had already been there and it's then that they become conservative.
