Given Eric Holder's politicization of the Department of Justice, Andrew Breitbart's allegation that the charge against James O'Keefe was framed and that O'Keefe was forced to remain in custody for 28 hours before being given access to counsel appears to have basis. The allegation is bolstered by the almost immediate recusal of the U.S. Attorney involved right after Breitbart made his allegation.
This case bears closer watching than when it first came to light.
