Blackouts and Bankruptcies
A British view of Cap & Trade. Like ObamaCare, Cap & Trade is ill-conceived legislation based on specious pseudo-scientific research the basic goal of which is to make supporters of the Democratic Party and the ruling elite rich while it redistributes income.
We should look at it very carefully as it is defeated.
