Conflicts of Interest in Holder's DOJ

This is an interesting take on the plan to move the terrorist trials to NYC and prosecute in Federal Court. Aside from the fact that any defense attorney worth his or her salt will raise the statements by President Obama and AG Holder saying that the defendant (Khalid Sheikh Mohammad) would be "convicted" and the death penalty applied as prejudicial, the prior handling of cases pro bono by many of Holder's acolytes requires they recuse themselves from the prosecution.

What an interesting line of thought: DOJ unable to handle the prosecution because so many had represented the terrorists before becoming government lawyers.

Thanks to Michelle Malkin for bring this before the reading and thinking public.
