Is Palin Really "Losing Ground?"

Is Palin Really "Losing Ground"

This piece poses some excellent questions that can only be answered by the voters. One thing is certain, Sarah Palin will get no good reporting from the Left Stream Media and will be pounded daily by such political luminaries as Chris "Thrill-up-my-Leg" Matthews, John Stewart, Maureen Dowd and Keith Olbermann. She'll also be the butt of jokes from the likes of has-been comediennes like Sandra Bernhard and the aging Kathy Griffin. Considering the rabid Pavlovian reaction of the Left Stream Media to the name "Sarah Palin" (or any variation thereof) this article makes me wonder if the poll that was conducted was to actually determine Palin's support among We the People or as a hopeful way to derail her potential candidacy.

In the end it is the voters who will make the decision and right now, considering the qualities of our current White House occupant, I'd welcome some common sense and plain talk as Obamacare is repealed, spending is cut, oil is drilled for and taxes are lowered. My support will go to the person who demonstrates the strongest commitment to basic conservative principles and if Sarah Palin can demonstrate that, I'll support her.

Sarah Palin Schools the Washington Post on History

If the Liberal Democrat Left and the Left Stream Media are going to continue to propagate their war on Sarah Palin at any cost they should probably do their homework.  Palin was absolutely right in her comments and the WaPo was about as off-base as you can get and still be in the game.

That's one of the problems with liberals.  It's not that they aren't smart, it's just that so much of what they know isn't true.  (Tip o' the Hat to President Ronald Reagan for that one.)

WikiLeaks lawyer vows to prosecute Palin if she goes to Australia

Julian Assange:  International Man of Mystery who was evidently attempting to live out a 'James Bond' fantasy and ended up being charged with sex crimes.
It's not at all about whether Sarah Palin violated Australian law for even though Australia has some very weird ideas about crime (they still send people to debtor's prison there and you can't defend yourself in your own home).  It's about jumping on the liberal band-wagon to get publicity for a client whose story has begun to disappear from the headlines.  (In case you missed it, the weasel has signed a book deal that's been optioned for a movie already.  Things like this help make money.)  But lawyers being lawyers he managed to get a couple of paragraphs in an Alaskan newspaper.  (I'm not sure what would upset me more:  My daughter bringing home a Democrat or a lawyer to meet her parents?  I'll have to think about that.)

But the WikiLeaks lawyer can say what he wants.  That's the beauty of the 1st Amendment in the U.S. Constitution (obviously something our Australian cousins don't follow much less understand).  Allowing people to speak up makes it ever so much easier to spot the idiots.  I'll leave it to you to make your mind up as to who is the idiot in this instance.

Media Myth Busted: 'Americans View Palin as More Sincere and Believable After Watching Speech'

Will she run?  And if she does, can she appeal to the Great Middle--the Independents--of the political spectrum.
As I write this I still see the chattering class on TV trying to dissect Sarah Palin's video.  It amazes me that they--both on the right and on the left--still struggle mightily to find ways to discredit Palin and maintain their air of superiority in all things pertaining to man.

It is unbelievable that the chattering class would have such a totally different view from the Americans polled as reported in the linked article but it is clear that they do.  I suppose, as part of the elite, they do know better than everyone else.  I actually kind of like Sarah Palin partially because of the low-lifes who have been attacking her the last few years--just check-out the photo-shopped photos of her on the net to see how imbecilic the ad hominem attacks have been--and partially because what she says in her speeches and in the video does resonate.  I don't know about her for President but, considering the current occupant, she looks good to me.  However, that she looks good to me is not important.  It is how she looks to Independents that matters because the party that can secure the Independent vote will secure the White House.

Palin Targeted in Violence-Tinged Tweets Following Arizona Massacre

I had to post this article about how the supporters of President Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party engage in "civil discourse."

I will wait with bated breath for the Left Stream Media (NBC, MSNBC, CBS, CNN and ABC) to report on this and bemoan the violence of the civil discourse from the left.

Palin and the Blood Libel

Warning:  This women causes liberals to have nightmares!  (Now isn't that sweet?)
Sarah Palin's use of the term 'blood libel' is still being trumpeted by the left as a major faux pas that is unsurpassed in the political history of the United States.  The left would love people to believe that and naturally, nothing could be further from the truth.

Jonathan Tobin writing for the Jewish World Review has addressed the issue and I'd like to say that it's now been put to rest.  Unfortunately, knowing the foaming-at-the-mouth ardor of the leftists when it comes to Palin, it is unlikely to stop.  Self-certified journalists like Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann will continue to raise the issue in tones that would suggest that a serious sin against God has been committed when in reality the only sin committed by Sarah Palin is that she literally scares the far left to death.  They are so fearful of her actually becoming President--and she's not yet running for the office--that they are wetting their beds at night in fear.  What are they afraid of you ask?  Simple.  She's the antithesis of everything that the left believes in.  She's a wife and mother who doesn't believe in abortion.  She has successfully run a state as the governor (don't bother jumping up and shouting that she resigned as that's a non-issue).  She displays uncommon common sense for a politician.  She can hunt, shoot a rifle or a shotgun and is comfortable helping butcher a deer, elk or caribou for meat.  She believes in God and is unafraid to say so.  She is a Conservative.  She has succeeded without the shrill screeches of the National Organization for Women (which really isn't unless the women are liberals who believe in abortion).  In other words, Sarah Palin does everything but pass the left's litmus test on what a successful woman is and that's why they hate her.

Follow the link for the true Jewish perspective on the term "blood libel" as opposed to the politically-driven, leftist perspective on using anything possible to attack Sarah Palin.

(Amazing, isn't it, that the leftist Democrats are so fixated on destroying one person that they will pedantically repeat lies as if they were truths and expect the public to believe them?)

Alan Dershowitz Defends Sarah Palin’s Use of Term ‘Blood Libel’

Somewhere deep in the brain of the liberals who attacked Sarah Palin lies the key to curing PDS.  Unfortunately, no one has ever found it.
Had anyone but Sarah Palin used the term there would not be a discussion about this.  The liberal idiots--yes, they are idiots--who criticized her suffer from an offshoot of liberal psychopathology commonly called Palin Derangement Syndrome or PDS.

Unfortunately, there is no cure because the cause lies deep in a twisted intellect and medicine cannot treat it.  There is hope, however, because sometimes as a person ages he is able to grow-up and grow-out of the syndrome because it's seldom seen in the elderly; and when it is there is usually a lot of foaming at the mouth and other stupid statements that give notice that the individual has a terminal case.

Follow the link for more as Alan Dershowitz ably rebuts those sufferers of PDS who just had to spout off about nothing in order to vent their internal rage.  Have pity on them.  They just can't help being stupid, but we can hope they grow out of it.

Markos Blames Palin for Giffords Shooting — But There’s Just One Problem: Kos Put a Bulls Eye on Giffords

Liberals are decrying speech promoting violence but in reality, as we see in the liberal-left Code Pink demonstration above, that type of speech actually originates with them.  They are the epitome of hypocrisy.
Highlighting the hypocrisy of the liberal left is so easy.  They count on the dumbing-down of the educational system and a compliant Left Stream Media to allow them to change their story as needed without any repercussions.  Their current mantra is casting the blame on Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity, et al., so they quickly cleaned-up their web sites and pointed fingers while screaming at the top of their lungs like pre-pubescent teen girls at their first horror movie.

Pathetic at best but what can we expect from such shallow intellects?  There will be some who believe them, of course, but most won't despite their whining mantra.  Jared Lee Loughren was one who, per those who knew him in school, subscribed to the ideology of the left.  One classmate described him as a "left-wing pot smoker."  Does that mean that the left is full of such people?  No.  Idiots reside on both sides of the political spectrum and I doubt that any writings by the Sarah Palin or Daily Kos motivated Loughren.  What I don't doubt is the hypocrisy of Daily Kos and the Left Stream Media in trying to spin a tragic event for their shallow political advantage even though it was expected.  After all, wasn't it Rahm Emanuel who famously said, "Never let a crisis go to waste!"?

Journalists urged caution after Ft. Hood, now race to blame Palin after Arizona shootings

The utter hypocrisy of the liberal Left Stream Media.  Is it any wonder that the market share of outlets like CNN and MSNBC are staggeringly low?  They do not adhere to any journalistic standard but instead follow ideological boundaries.  The shooting in Arizona was terrible but the alleged shooter, Jared Lee Loughner, was described by friends as a "liberal, left wing activist."  Yet CNN and MSNBC are going out of their way to blame Sarah Palin and the rhetoric of conservative talk radio.  I don't believe it is possible for them to be more asinine in their spin on the news.  It would be more logical for them to blame The Daily Kos who published a now-removed (so they could attack Palin with clean hands, I suppose) comment that Gifford should die because she wasn't liberal enough.  But that would still be a ridiculous assertion.

The internet ramblings of Loughner point more to a disturbed individual than to a true political/religious ideologue like Major Nidal Hasan of Ft. Hood Massacre fame.  Remember how the same ones who are now pointing fingers urged calm and said we shouldn't rush to judgment about his Islamic jihadist motives?  They were wrong then, too.  Loughner is not a military veteran as some said immediately after the shooting.  (Why do idiots always like to blame the military first?  We've seen violence, true, and it is something we never want to see again.)  There is no evidence that he is a member of any TEA Party group as the left-wing "Let's-take-advantage-of-this" groups have been asserting.  He is most certainly not a Republican or a Conservative with two of his favorite books being listed as Mein Kampf and the Communist Manifesto both of which promote left-wing ideology.  He may belong to some fringe group but it is one that is not aligned with either of the two main political parties here in the United States in any manner or fashion.

The investigation of Loughner and the shooting is ongoing.  He is in custody.  Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, et al., clearly had nothing to do with it nor did the political rhetoric of the day promote this sick act.  Think about that when you hear a news commentator try to insinuate that opposition to Obama promoted an attempt on the life of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.  Who are really the promoters of violence?

Star Power: Palin Takes Hollywood … And the Culture

Sara Palin continues to star.  The only question is:  How far will her star rise?
Star Power: Palin Takes Hollywood ... And the Culture

Sara Palin continues to make waves and draw attention where ever she goes. There is something about her that speaks to Americans who are proud of their country...and she drives the left into fits of frothing anger. Which is why she's so popular among the 'regular folk' in the country.

The Death Panel's First Murder

Repeal!  And take back America from the Socialists.
The liberals gasped and feigned shock when Sarah Palin came up with the "Death Panel" accusation in connection with Obamacare.  The Left Stream Media immediately went on the attack branding Palin with the usual slurs and denying that there would be anything close to "Death Panels" resulting from Obamacare.  In doing so, they blatantly ignored the stated beliefs of those who would be involved in setting up Obamacare.

I have two friends who are currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer:  one on the West Coast and one on the East Coast.  Both of these women are extremely good people with family and friends.  Both have undergone surgery and chemo.  As I look at them and think about what they have faced and still face, I think about what I faced with my own cancer when my daughter was only a few months old.  Thankfully I found an excellent doctor who using the latest techniques removed the cancer from my body and I am now cancer free.  The operation, like the medicine that the FDA has now essentially banned, was not cheap; but the fact that my 4 year-old daughter will have a father for many, many years to come made the treatment worth every penny.  How would I feel if a bureaucrat in Washington decided that the type of robotic surgery that I underwent was just not cost effective based on the number of years I have left in which to earn and pay taxes?  Sound a little 1984-ish?  I've got news for you out there:  That's exactly the way they are now determining what treatments we will receive.

Follow the link for more.  And when someone you love is denied treatment in the future because "it's just not cost effective" you'll know exactly where the blame lies.  Use that knowledge wisely.

Krauthammer: 'Obama Agenda is Dead,' 'He Tried a 2-Year Experiment in Hyper-Liberalism and the Country Has said No'

Krauthammer: 'Obama Agenda is Dead,' 'He Tried a 2-Year Experiment in Hyper-Liberalism and the Country Has said No'

A friend emailed me a short clip of Jay Leno's The Best of Jaywalking and it was truly hilarious. What was revealed was not the ignorance of a select few individuals but the state of education in America and how it has prepared an entire generation for little more than following the latest fad or fashion. And we all know it's true as we encounter people every day that would be no more able to answer the simple questions posed by Jay than fly by the power of their arms alone. It is sobering to realize that these people vote. They vote not with a decision rooted in history or an appreciation for future implications but with what feels good based on the recommendations of their favorite entertainer, what a friend said in passing or how they reacted to the latest negative campaign ad. (Which is why negative campaigning is so effective.)

I remember that during the voting in the 2008 campaign, for instance, that voters were interviewed on who they voted for and asked some simple questions. It amazed me the amount of disinformation they believed to be true. For instance, it was Tina Fey who said, "I can see Russia from my house." and not Sarah Palin, but they all attributed it to Palin. And some could not even name President Obama's running mate (it was Joe Biden for the liberally challenged out there). Even more recently in the latest election I encountered a woman, a clearly Catholic, elderly Filipina who had taken American citizenship, who stated strongly that she was going to vote for the Democrat candidate despite his very pro-abortion stance which the Catholic Church, and all good Catholics so oppose. She rejected the Republican candidate saying, "He (the Democrat) may be for abortion but that doesn't matter. The other guy is a killer!" She had seen and believed the lying attack ads put out by the Democrat party in the closing weeks of the campaign. I smiled and didn't bother to argue with her because I realized long ago that you lose when you try to argue with an ignorant person because they will always drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

The death of hyper-liberalism sounds wonderful to Conservative ears but, like the vampires of lore, hyper-liberalism never really dies. Given the opportunity the stake will be pulled out of its heart by those who haven't been educated to think but only to follow the crowd and look cool. Obama's ideas have been discredited many times in many countries over not just decades but centuries. One only has to look at what really happened in Cuba to see the truth but seeing is not realizing. You have to remember that there are those who actually believe Michael Moore's docu-fiction films. Hyper-liberalism can only be contained by constant vigilance and ensuring that, despite the worst efforts of our educators to turn our children into unthinking, liberal zombies with high self-esteem, we impart the wisdom of history and common sense to them before turning them loose on the world.

Follow the link for an excellent piece from Dr. Krauthammer. And enjoy the video below.  It's classic Leno at his best.

ObamaCare’s Rationing Blueprint: Associated Press and Left Wing Bloggers Complete the Circle

"And if you don't like it, too bad.  I'm in charge now."
ObamaCare's Rationing Blueprint: Associated Press and Left Wing Bloggers Complete the Circle

There is no doubt that Obamacare will result in the rationing of health care resources and medicines. It is inevitable and anyone who says differently is just plain lying or so out of touch with reality that there is no hope for them.
"You will only get what I say you will get...and you will like it or else!"

The recess appointment of Donald Berwick, the self-professed lover of Britain's National Health Care which is famous for it's rationing schemes, is just another nail in the coffin. Berwick, who plainly states his socialist beliefs in calling health care effective only if there is a "redistribution of wealth," is a well-known proponent of health care rationing and this clearly sets the stage for the death panels first pointed out by Sarah Palin, laughed-off by the Left Stream Media then once again brought to the fore with his appointment. Obamacare, which was pushed down the throats of America despite overwhelming opposition, will not improve health care in the United States. What it does do is provide for federal funding of abortion, increase costs and force individuals out of private health care systems. And this is only the beginning as the most onerous provisions are purposely timed to kick-in only after the 2012 elections in order to provide the best possible chance for Obama's re-election.

Remember that this November. Vote against anyone who voted for Obamacare.

Palin on Illegal Immigration: 'Jan Brewer Has the Cojones Our President Does Not' | NewsBusters.org

Clearly this picture needs an update.  Perhaps changing the year date to 2012?
Palin on Illegal Immigration: 'Jan Brewer Has the Cojones Our President Does Not' | NewsBusters.org

As usual Sarah Palin sums it up nicely. The left will again be climbing the walls over her defense of Arizona but when you think about it, she is spot on.  Barack Obama is a political thug but is not about to do anything that would offend a racial/ethnic group that the Democrats believe is easily co-opted and used to further their own political power goals.

Obama's refusal to secure the borders shows his commitment to the "Open Borders" idea of the far left. The security of the nation is clearly not as appealing as having millions of devoted "new immigrants" that can be improperly registered by ACORN and vote for him in 2012.

Governor Brewer and Sarah Palin Criticize Eric Holder's Inability to Read

That the ethically-challenged Eric Holder is incompetent is no longer a state secret as he personally confirmed his abject incompetence by admitting that he hadn't read the very bill he had been roundly criticizing on television and to the print media.  As he succinctly put it, "...I've been relying on what I heard on television and read in the papers...".

I don't believe that I've ever seen a more blatant lack of probity on the part of an elected official.  (Well, ok, I will admit that Bill Clinton was worse with "...I never had sexual relations with that woman..." but Holder, who worked in the Clinton Administration, is definitely his understudy.)  But the fact of the matter is that a real Attorney General would have demurred commenting on the Arizona statute until after he'd read the law and briefed by staff experts on the issues presented.  A real Attorney General, as opposed to an in-over-his-head, partisan ideologue, would have not wanted to prejudice the issue in either direction until he was sure of the correct position.  But that's a real Attorney General.  Holder, on the other hand, was all too willing to use his position to help his boss, the quintessential community rabble rouser, in widening the divide between races by parroting Obama's lies about the law being nothing more than racial profiling.  And that canard, as obvious as it is, has been repeated by the Obama and the Left Stream Media at every turn if only to divert attention from Obama's failure to secure the border.

It is clear that Holder is too arrogant to do the right thing and resign so we will have to put up with him until after November at a minimum.  Once, however, we have place conservatives in leadership positions in the House and Senate, his arrogance will no longer provide the shield it does now.

FOXNews.com - Palin E-Mail Hacker Convicted on 2 of 4 Charges

David Kernell, son of Tennessee Democrat Party Rep. Mike Kernell, was convicted of felony obstruction of justice and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.  It is good to see the spoiled off-spring of those who promote this kind of societal misbehavior having to stand before the bar of justice.  Too bad he wasn't raised to understand the meaning of ethics.  As of now he's a convicted felon.

I wonder if President Obama will pardon him?

Charles Krauthammer : Nuclear Posturing, Obama-Style - Townhall.com

It struck me as odd that, after the details of the proposed revision to U.S. nuclear policy was released, Obama had the temerity to say that Sarah Palin is "no expert" on nuclear weapons. Had I been there I would have quickly reminded the President that he had amply demonstrated that he was no expert on nuclear weapons or the military either.

Talk about hubris! This President and his regime personify hubris.

Code Pink mob shuts down Rove book event

It doesn't take long for true colors to show.  The Left Stream Media has been all wee-wee'd-up over the supposed encouragement of violence by Conservatives, Sarah Palin and the Tea Party when it is the liberal-progressive-socialist Democrats and their minions who constantly use violence and mob action to force their views on We the People.

Michelle Malkin has the story but don't expect the Left Stream Media to give it more than a mention because it goes against Obama, Reid and Pelosi's playbook.
