No, Baby Boomers won't bankrupt Social Security. Congress, led by liberal-progressives set-up the bankruptcy many years ago when they decided that there was so much money in the Social Security Trust Fund that they should be able to tap into that to bolster the expansion of government and they moved it to the General Fund. If it had been left in a Trust Fund that was only for Social Security it would be just fine.
By the way, those liberal-progressive-socialists were the Democrats who controlled Congress at the time. And they were supported by some very disreputable Republicans.
