Isn't it time we started screaming at Congress to stop this sort of thing? They could save a bundle with cuts at the EPA but the Congress would actually have to demonstrate their independence from the White House. Until they do, the liberal-progressive-socialists currently in control of the House and Senate will continue to be mere subservient puppies for the President.
