Craig Becker Rejected by Senate for NLRB

This is a definite victory for freedom to work in the United States.  Becker was in favor of Card Check and said that it could be done via regulation rather than through Congress.  Card Check would eliminate the secret ballot for employees who were voting on whether to unionize or not.  It allows the unions to see who doesn't want them so the union can then target those individuals for harassment to force them to change their vote.

Becker was also a lawyer for the corrupt SEIU, one of Obama's staunchest supporters, recently most famous for having its' members act as "enforcers" for Democrats during the August break.

Now the question is whether President Obama will find someone new or put Becker into the NLRB with a recess appointment which would be good only until January 2011.
