Is the Holder DoJ imploding?

Is the Holder DoJ imploding?

In my humble opinion, Eric Holder is totally corrupt. Not that he takes money directly from criminals to throw their cases out, of course, but he is corrupt in that the law isn't as important as his fealty to his liege, Barack Obama.

The case in question involves and extremely egregious intimidation of voters in Philadelphia that was captured on video. The video shows New Black Panther Party members clad in black, military style fatigues and carrying truncheons directly in front of a Philadelphia polling place. They were heard to shout invectives to voters telling them that Obama was going to win. A veteran voting rights activist from the 1960's who personally saw the incident and agreed to testify in court called it the worst violation of voting rights he had ever seen including incidents in Georgia and Alabama during the Civil Rights struggle.

The individuals, and the New Black Panther Party, didn't even deign to put up a defense. The judge found that they had violated the law and was about to pass sentence when Eric Holder's Justice Department dismissed the case. It wasn't the Assistant U.S. Attorney handling the case that dismissed it. It was Main Justice. Headquarters. One small step below Holder himself.

To dismiss a case that you've already won is both unbelievable and unprecedented. But under Holder's Department of Justice, the New Black Panther Party is untouchable. You see, they were one of the first groups to throw their support to Barack Obama when he began his run for the presidency.

Now the Justice Department is stonewalling the Commission on Civil Rights, a body that they are bound by statute to cooperate with, and they have ordered lower level employees to not comply with valid subpoenas.

You can't be any more corrupt than that. You chose who to prosecute--or not prosecute--based on politics. It is the ultimate corruption.
