Obamacare is not an improvement in health care in America. It is a way for the federal government to take over 1/6th of the American economy in one of the most egregious advances of fascism since 1030's Germany. The Democrats see themselves as a ruling elite who will determine, through the innumerable bureaucracies that will be established, who is to receive treatment and who is to be denied treatment. The granting of treatment will be accompanied with great fanfare and will always include those who have the ability to earn and pay taxes along with a few heartwarming stories about the treatment given to the economically disadvantaged.
The denials will be accompanied with statements decrying the ability to do more for the patient and citing the limited resources that must be channeled to those who "can be helped." They will "feel the pain" of the elderly and the littlest of children as they die. Everything will be done to make their deaths as comfortable as possible. But you can be sure of one thing: they won't do anything to extend lives, or the quality of life, despite the family's pleas because the cost will exceed the benefits.
This is what awaits us under Obamacare. If you think that insurance companies are unfeeling, wait until you see the government in action.
Write your Senators today and tell them to vote "Nay" on Obamacare, Reidcare, Pelosicare or whatever you want to call it. The federal government should not ever take over health care for the nation.
