Breaking News on Obamacare

I've just heard that the Senate has added provisions to their bill that will allow insurance companies to set limits on the amount they have to pay in one year. Further, that the limits would be set by yet another government bureaucracy. This could drastically affect those with serious illnesses such as cancer and heart disease as well as those with pre-existing conditions.

I've not seen this in any written reports but watch for updates as more accurate information becomes available.
