Morning Bell: Maintaining Our Dominant Military | The Foundry: Conservative Policy News.

An excellent read on why we must maintain a strong military.  As Reagan said, "Of the four wars in my lifetime, none came about because the U.S. was too strong."  Truer word were never spoken.

Protecting the nation from enemies of our way of life is one of the most important powers granted to the Federal Government. If the nation is not properly defended then We the People's unalienable rights to "...life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness..." will most certainly be abrogated. I find it disturbing then, that the liberal-progressive-socialists of the Obama Regime and Obama himself appear to relish the idea that we won't be able to maintain military dominance in the 21st century. It's as if they've already decided that they will submit.
