Tobacco Tyrants Turn Attention To Salt - Investors.com
It's the belief on the liberal-progressive-socialist left that they have the right–no, better make that
the duty–to determine how everybody else should live. This is easy for them to justify in their own minds because they've already decided that the state is supreme over the individual. With this belief close to their hearts they have no compunction about telling their neighbors and other citizens how they should live their lives. These zealots know, in their own minds, that they know better and they don't hesitate to use every artifice at their disposal to enforce their will on others.
Is it tyranny? Absolutely. At least it is the beginning of a tyranny that our Forefathers would have rejected out of hand. Unfortunately, with the current liberal-progressive-socialist Democrats in control of both houses of Congress, in concert with the Obama Regime's
czars, we face a continuing battle for the right to determine our own fates.
