Money, Money, Money

Once again, the Conservative gives a higher percentage of his personal money to charity than the Leftist Liberal. It's so much easier to give away other people's money; but does he have to adopt the attitude that he cares more?  The problem with socialism, as Margaret Thatcher so clearly pointed out, is that you eventually run out of other people's money.
