As you all know I followed the Rifqa Bary case with interest because of the idiocy of the rulings by both the Florida and Ohio Courts. Happily, with her 18th birthday she is now free to go and worship where she pleases. She can no longer be punished as demonstrated by the Taliban enforcer above.
She must remain alert, however, for many, many Muslims consider her an apostate and the punishment is death. Islam, it seems, is about as forgiving as La Cosa Nostra when it comes to people who are inside but would like to be outside.
Pray for her safety.
