Clearly, getting involved works.
Whew! That was quick!Surprising, actually, that they went from a stated comment period to deciding that they had no authority to act. Clearly someone managed to point out to the people at the EPA that they were wrong to even consider such a ban as it was beyond their purview. They probably also realized that We the People were not going to sit still for such an idiotic move even if the man in the White House approves.
