Rep. Peter Stark (D-CA) is one of the sorriest excuses for an elected official in a House full of sorry. Stark is no stranger to high-handed, "I'm-in-the-ruling-elite-so-you-shut-up" type of remarks. You've got to see this and hear the words come out of his mouth. It is shameful. In a more enlightened age, he'd have been tarred, feathered and run out of town on a rail. Hopefully the people of California will wake up and replace him in Washington.
