No Joke About Light Bulbs

Is dictating, on the basis of specious scientific claims, the type of lightbulb that you may use in your own home a governmental overreach?

Now add in the part about the problems you can encounter with the new, approved by the Federal Government light bulb which includes mercury.  What do you do if it breaks?  How will it be handled?  Will we have to call HAZMAT teams to clean the house of mercury spills?

The best thing to do is get the government out of our homes.  The ones who wrote this bill should be in padded rooms so they can't hurt themselves...or us.
