Liberal-progressive-socialist Democrats are always proposing, and now enacting, legislation that results in unintended consequences. I don't believe that the consequences of Obamacare are unintended at all especially considering the speed with which Democrat functionaries like the ridiculous Harry "The Nose" Waxman have attacked publicly-held corporations for following the SEC's rules on financial disclosures.
