Pulling the Plug on the "Living" Constitution

There is no doubt that the liberal-progressive-socialist Democrats led by President Barack Obama only pay lip-service to the Constitution or invoke it when it is to their advantage.  Obama himself has said that he looks at the Constitution as a document of "negatives" when it should be just the opposite and tell the government what it must do for the people.

This is mindset of the liberal-progressive-socialist elite:  They don't believe that the people are capable of making decisions for themselves therefore the government must do it.  They, of course, see themselves in control and when there, will ignore the Constitution as it suits them.  If out of power, they will scream to high heaven about their Constitutional rights and complain to liberal, activist judges hoping that they will get a ruling that further diminishes individual freedoms.
