While we fight ObamaCare and Cap & Tax, the Obama Administration and the liberal-progressive-socialists are trying to slip another activist judge into the system.

We have to contact our Senators immediately and urge them to vote no on the nomination of David Hamilton to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He definitely lacks the judicial temperament for the position. He was initially put into the federal judiciary by Bill Clinton--enough of a warning sign in and of itself--and was rated as "not qualified" by the ABA.

He is still not qualified.
