Pure, absolute balderdash (I can use that word because of my age--a younger person would say BS!). The established protocol is that the President of the United States bows to no other Head of State. That was established when we rebelled against a monarchy in 1776 but I suppose that the White House spokesman for protocol, being a product of a liberal-progressive education, doesn't know that.
We are in the hands of a group of rank thugs and political amateurs.
And Obama's new title is "Groveler in Chief."
