The Obama Regime really has no intention of allowing the actual drilling for more hydrocarbon fuels. They just want to appear reasonable while they plot to block drilling. At least, I believe, until they can figure out a way to gain complete control of it. Then, and only then, will the liberal-progressive-socialists again find drilling to be a good thing.
