Imagine that.  A WaPo reporter contradicts WaPo editors. My question is how did he manage to slip it past the editors? Could it be that even they don't read that rag?

By way of disclosure I received a call a couple of weeks ago asking if I'd like a free, 30-day trial subscription of the Washington Post delivered to my house. I told them, "No. I don't have a dog, cat or bird and all that paper is good for is to be pooped on so I don't need it."

The lady who called hung up very quickly.
