Health Care and Our Inalienable Rights

While the Founding Fathers used unalienable rights in the Declaration of Independence, the use of "inalienable" does not detract from the author's reasoning. Obamacare is a direct assault on the right of all Americans to make their own health decisions. The idea that the government can force people to buy health insurance is straight from socialism where the state is supreme above the individual. That is not the way the Constitution is written and Obamacare, if passed, should be quickly declared unconstitutional.
