Rep. Barney Frank: Lenders Fannie and Freddie now a 'public policy instrument' - The Hill's Blog Briefing Room
Barney Frank is one of the most disgusting people in a House of Representatives that is full of really disgusting people. But in this case Barney Frank is right. Fannie and Freddie have been used as public policy instruments by the Democrats since their creation; and the result is that the Democrats used Fannie and Freddie to enrich their friends, buy votes and create and economic disaster that has almost led to a depression. That's some great public policy and I'm sure that Queen Barney is proud.
Barney Frank should be removed by the people of Massachusetts and probably would be if they weren't so force-fed on liberalism in that tiny, woebegone state. I hope, for the sake of the country, that they soon wake-up and realize what their choices for "public servants" have done to the rest of the nation.
