Movie Review: Avatar

For my part I need only say that Avatar was an excellent movie with some of the most wonderful special effects I've ever seen. I enjoyed the movie tremendously but did so knowing that it's theme was basically the usual liberal Hollywood tripe with the characters being thinly disguised apparitions of our current geo-political world. The ending was easily discerned half-way through the movie so the enjoyment was purely the film's technical qualities and the actor's abilities rather than the story.
