We may be the World's #1 Superpower--for a little while longer at least (but you can't say the White House isn't trying to change that)--but our intelligence resources while huge are not infinite. But to divert them to spy on ice? The person who thought of doing this either has an IQ equal to an ice cube or the pressure to find reasons to prove Global Warming is still strong despite plenty of evidence that Anthropogenic Global Warming is a fraud bigger than the iceberg that sank the Titanic.
