Federal Gov't Halts Sand Berm Dredging - New Orleans News Story - WDSU New Orleans

It makes no sense to halt the dredging unless the goal is to ensure that the oil causes enough environmental damage to justify the Federal Government seizing control of the industry by using this to further environmental politics. The President's total lack of leadership eclipses even Jimmy Carter's unless, of course, it's not done out of stupidity and ineptness but by design. There could have been a very effective skimming operation on-going for the last 9 weeks had action been taken but Obama has failed to take the proper steps to get things going preferring instead to dither and use the disaster for political advantage. It is clear that he is not driven by a desire to perform the duties of his office as a servant of We the People but wants instead to advance his ideology regardless of the damage being done. And the damage done to the environment and the people of the Gulf Coast is, to him, unimportant except as a photo op. It is also being done primarily to Republican led states so, in the tradition of The Chicago Way, that's a double plus.

The unthinking bureaucracy of the Federal Government takes its personality from the elected leadership. In this case they are acting like good little apparatchiks, paying unbending attention to the minor details of regulations in a manner that ensures that the problem remains unsolved. They are doing only what the The Man wants done and in this case, until the damage is enough to create the political support that will allow him to get the tax-increasing Cap & Trade legislation that he needs, anything done must be done as slowly and methodically as possible. After all, a quick and effective response that solved the problem would not support the theme that fossil fuels must be done away with because they are just too dangerous and deadly for the environment.  A quick and effective response would not justify the tax increase on all Americans that is to come if the anti-carbon legislation is enacted.  A quick and effective response would not justify the government intervention, amounting to seizure, of the energy industry.

It makes me wonder, what's in those cigarettes he's been smoking with his staff late at night?

This makes me glad that we Virginians chose Ken Cuccinelli as our Attorney General.  Anthropogenic Global Warming is a fraud that is being used as a political tool in the liberal-progressive-socialist Democrats crony capitalism and to gain power over We the People as they increase the size of government.

It's never been about the weather.  It's about AlGore being able to buy a $9 million dollar mansion on the coast of California (clearly he isn't really worried about the rising sea level or he'd have bought a home in the Sierra Madre Mountains) and the Democrats being able to create a permanent economic underclass that will be harnessed to support the ruling class through increased government regulation.

Come to think about it, AlGore's done well in his creation of the Church of Global Warming.  His worth in 2000 was between $1 million and $2 million.  In a mere 10 years he's managed to increase it enough to travel by private jet, limousine and buy a house in California worth $9 million.  Not bad for a faux scientist.

Satire of their Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) theory is one pinprick that the liberal-progressive-socialists behind Cap & Trade just can't handle.  Like their spiritual head, AlGore, they prefer to speak only to adoring audiences made up of airheads who already believe in the AGW fairy tale.

Dr. Phil Jones, already a public figure, albeit one with exceedingly thin skin, has threatened to sue.  I hope he does as it would be wonderful to force him to expose his methods in open court but my guess is that he will huff and puff and then back down because the sunlight of truth is poison to their theory.

After all, it's not really about the climate at all but about money and power.  As estimates of the Reverend AlGore's take is in the neighborhood of $1 billion, you can bet that there will be pressure on Jones to drop the idea of a lawsuit.  There's too much money riding on the outcome of a case involving a specious definition of "settled science" not to mention the power that Obama hopes to accrue to the Federal Government through Cap & Trade legislation.

They will of course, institute new "freedoms" that they believe will placate We the People. Instead of having a freedom of choice, we will have a freedom of health care. Instead of having a right to keep and bear arms, we will have a right to keep our mouths shut. Instead of having a freedom to worship as we please, we will have a right to worship only science. That is their plan for We the People.

The battle begins over the next round freedom theft by the Obama Administration. Everybody knows that the claim of Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) is a hoax concocted to make billionaires out of a select few, headed by AlGore. It is another step in extending control over We the People by the liberal-progressive-socialist Democrats and will probably be aided by the likes of well-known RINO Lindsay Graham. The EPA is clearly acting on the orders of the White House.

The goal, of course, is to make it so expensive to just live that people will be grateful for the Federal Government's assistance. This will allow the Administration to increase the economic dependency of We the People which is absolutely necessary if they are to succeed setting up a socialist state where the Federal Government controls every facet of our everyday lives. They call this fascism and it is a natural outgrowth of the socialist mentality.

We cannot depend on the American Left Stream Media to help in this battle for only the media in England has been willing to throw stones at AlGore's glass house. But the truth is there: AGW is a fraud.

Rubio joins GOP concern over drilling plan - Washington Times

There are good, solid reasons to look at the drilling plan–actually it's an "exploration plan"–with a jaundiced eye. Despite Dick Morris telling Bill O'Reilly that he thinks that Obama was serious about opening part of the East Coast and the Gulf of Mexico to off-shore drilling,

Obama's track record is replete with him saying one thing then orchestrating a different outcome with behind the scenes actions. It is also notable that the off-shore areas, with the exception of the Gulf, that have the best proven oil reserves are not included. California and Alaska have some of the greatest reserves around and they are still shut out. This is most unfortunate in the case of California as opening drilling off the West Coast could go a long way towards helping California through its financial crisis and they could surely use an oil boom. Additionally, in the last several months, oil drilling leases in Wyoming where the reserves are over a trillion barrels of oil have been quietly cancelled by the federal government. I can't help but wonder why the Federal Government would do that if they seriously wanted to expand production.

With that in mind, I would look for some very onerous regulations to be promulgated by the EPA in the next few months which will make development of the oil fields in the newly open areas almost, in not completely, cost prohibitive. This will be done by executive fiat with little or no negative comment allowed in the regulatory hearings and it is necessary so that Obama can placate his base.

Obama's end-game is passage of Cap & Trade so I would also expect that Obama will try to use this to push along Cap & Trade in the Senate. He will try to break the Republican block in the Senate by courting RINOs and labeling any who are against Cap & Trade as partisan citing his opening "vast areas" of the nation's coast line and the Gulf to further exploration as an example of his trying to reach across the aisle. It is, of course, a complete farce and political theater. Marco Rubio, whom I hope is the next Senator from Florida, is already voicing skepticism which shows that he has the maturity and acumen to see through the liberal-progressive-socialist smoke screen. It also shows that he recognizes Obama as the Saul Alinsky-trained radical that he most certainly is.

It is a lawsuit that, if decided on the basis of true science, Texas is sure to win but, given the activist nature of some liberal judges it is anybody's guess as to which way it will go.

AlGore, inventor of the amazing internet, is hoping for a win by the EPA as that will help him in his dream of becoming the first climate billionaire through Cap & Trade. He knows that if the truth is actually exposed in court he will not only lose but can kiss his based-on-lies-and-fraudulent-science-dream good-bye.
