Broadband Providers to FCC: Don’t "Deem and Pass"
Of course the Obama Regime wants to control the internet! It's one of the main voices now speaking out against the statist policies that the Regime wants to implement. Net Neutrality will be used to not only enrich the chosen few in the Regime-envisioned crony socialism but to also squelch the voice of the opposition.

FOXNews.com - GOP Reps Offer Bill to Ban Interior Dept. From Hindering Border Agents
FOXNews.com - GOP Reps Offer Bill to Ban Interior Dept. From Hindering Border Agents
That any bureaucracy would be allowed to use its regulatory powers to impede law enforcement officers in the exercise of their duties should be a criminal act. Unfortunately it is all too true when it comes to actions by the Obama Regime.
It may sound harsh but the Department of Interior should immediately revoke this unconscionable regulation or face having its budget cut to the point that they either submit to assisting in the enforcement of the law or lose the ability to function at all in that area. We cannot allow Washington bureaucrats to interfere with the security of our border just to keep tire track out of an area that is protected for what may well be the most specious of reasons.
Follow the link for the story on how a regulatory agency trumps the Border Patrol and in doing so provides a fairly secure route for human smugglers and murderers.
