That the politicized Department of Justice is unresponsive to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is to be expected considering the partisan atmosphere fostered by Eric Holder and his political appointees. He is an absolute disgrace and should resign but he won't. His focus is exactly where Obama wants: Use the institution to diminish the nation that it is supposed to serve.

You and I served in the Justice Dept. together. Today, I would be ashamed to work in such a dept. Under Holder, it is blatantly corrupt and no better than that of some third world dictatorship.
You're absolutely correct, Gary. Holder clearly views his job as ensuring that Obama's agenda is carried out regardless of the damage to the Department or the nation. If he (Holder) had a sense of decency he would resign. That he hasn't speaks volumes.
