'Almost flying': Climber survives 1,000-foot fall

We all have a Guardian Angel.    

There are probably many explanations for this:  strong updrafts; loose clothes that acted to slow down his fall; even a landing area that was angled just perfectly to bleed-off the speed of his fall.  But those are just conjecture and this young man by all rights should be dead.  It is clear that sometimes our Guardian Angel receives instructions to save us from ourselves because God isn't finished with us yet.
