As Harvard Law Dean, Kagan Did Not Require Study of U.S. Constitutional Law But Did Require Study of International and Foreign Law

How many extremely good reasons do we need before Elena Kagan is rejected?  That she held foreign and international law above the U.S. Constitution is enough of a reason in and of itself.
