First, I want you to know that I am a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment. It is a personal right that is enshrined in the Constitution because it supports an even higher right--the right of self-defense--that doesn't come from any government but from the Creator.
Second, these guys are highly trained professional athletes of the first order or they wouldn't be playing in the NBA.
Third, both of these guys have now successfully passed the "I'm Really Stupid" test with perfect scores and are qualified to join an elite fraternity of professional athletes like Plaxico Burress.
Fourth, how long are we going to let people like this be role models for our youth? It's time for parents to speak up and the NBA to take some strong action.

I find the hypocrisy of the liberal-progressive-socialists to be stomach-turning. If the critics now are "Un-American and Traitorous" then so too were the critics during the Presidency of George Bush. You can't have it both ways.
In truth, neither are "Un-American and Traitorous." That title, in my humble opinion, is held firmly by people like Joan Walsh and her ilk.

It is past time for President Obama to grow up and realize that the political rhetoric from his campaign against George Bush--oh, sorry--John McCain will not keep America safe. If he is so naive that he does not realize that there are those who want to destroy America by force (as opposed to from within as the liberal-progressive-socialists are doing) then he should step-down immediately and let an adult take-over.

TSA nominee misled Congress about accessing confidential records
This is a nominee that should not go forward. While it is important for there to be a TSA Administrator, I assure you that we will be just as safe without an Administrator as with one. Especially with this one. Anyone with a law enforcement background like Southers who lies under oath and to Congress is not fit for further public service.
The only service that he can do for us now is to withdraw his name from consideration. Do it today, Mr. Southers.

One of the problems of choosing your appointees based on their political ideology rather than on competency is that you get people like Janet Napolitano in positions where they can do terrible harm to our country and its' people not because they want to but because they are incompetent.
There is no doubt that Napolitano should step down but to be honest, she's not as incompetent as Eric Holder nor does she use her ideology to make decisions that will cause irreparable harm. Holder does as evidenced by his actions in the New Black Panther voter intimidation case and in his decision to try war criminals in civilian court in New York City.
