I keep wondering who we should hold responsible for this young lady's life? That she fears that she will be the victim of an "honor killing" is without dispute but the authorities don't believe her. To believe her would, you see, violate one of the most sacred rules of Political Correctness (PC) 101 for it would pre-judge the father who is Muslim. Anyone who knows PC 101 knows that it is wrong to believe that the father would do anything to his daughter who has become an apostate in the eyes of Islam. PC 101 says that we must assume that the father will treat his daughter like Ward Cleaver would treat the Beaver and anything else is unacceptable.
If we are wrong who will be blame? The social worker? The Florida Department of Law Enforcement? Just the father???

There have been times in the past when I railed against Dick Morris however I've always respected his ability to come up with solutions to the issues to which he was committed. In this case I am happy he is an ally in the fight against Obamacare.
Obamacare will ruin, if not collapse, our nation and system of government. President Obama knows this. It's part of the "change" he had in mind.
Tell your Senators to vote "NAY" today. Call, write or email them but do it today. And tomorrow. And the day after.
We must keep the pressure up on them or they will succumb to the entreaties of Reid and Obama.

A good piece on the liberal-progressive hatred for Sarah Palin. Of course they hate her. Like Reagan, she disproves everything they believe. She is not Reagan, of course, but like him in that she embodies the true spirit of the American middle class and has been successful in her endeavors through hard work as opposed to governmental assistance. That is something that liberal-progressives cannot stand: A person succeeding on their own merit without the government's help and anointing of the ruling elite.
They absolutely fear her for that for by her very existence she proves them wrong.

The "Climategate" scientists were seduced and politicized through the grant system. As long as they kept producing alarming data that supported the "Global Warming" hoax, their grant money kept flowing. Are they innocent? Absolutely not! And they should be banished from the scientific community immediately. Enough of this fraud and enough of their criminal behavior.
Hopefully they will take AlGore and his church with them for he's the biggest fraud of all.

The Obama Administration owes too much to ACORN to allow their criminality to get in the way of their payoff. After all, their criminality was in support of Obama's election.
The Democrat-controlled Congress will wimp out of this one. They will wail and gnash their teeth but won't do anything to reclaim the power of the purse which is rightly theirs. I would even posit that the use of the word "provide" upon which Holder's Justice Department hung their opinion like an opaque hat, was an artifice of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, et al., so that they would look good but the funds would still flow. I could be wrong, however, and that will be determined only if Congress acts swiftly to reverse the Justice Department in this matter.
I am waiting.
