Facebook "Friend" Turns Out to be Big Brother

A hard lesson for some youngsters who have posted some outrageous stuff on their pages and left themselves open for criticism from future employers, parents and, as in this case, law enforcement.

It is an especially pointed message in this day and age when we are fighting liberal fascists and their agenda to control "the message" and silence the messengers that they don't like through either loud "shout downs" or use of regulatory, quasi-legal actions.

I do think that there are better expenditures of police time and efforts. And I was in law enforcement.

Thanks for the tip, Mike!

I have to admit, I love this. If Harry Reid wants to shove this down our throats, it's not going to be the "mystery meat" that Nancy Pelosi served up. We, and each and every Senator, will be able to hear and see every word. And I hope that we will hear and see it on three full readings prior to the vote being called.

This is the type of hardball we have to play against the liberal-progressive-socialists who wish to rule our country as a political elite.

The irony of this is that while now White House counsel Robert Bauer requested a special prosecutor to investigate Republicans who spoke of voter fraud during the campaign, since the election AG Holder has dismissed charges against New Black Panther Party members (supporters of Obama, of course) who engaged in egregious voter intimidation acts on election day.

Chicago thuggery is alive and well in the Obama White House. They will subvert the law to their wishes using every trick in the book in order to convert the country into the socialist paradise of their dreams.

They promised "change." Is this the change you will accept?

Sen. Joe Lieberman continues to show some backbone.

Have you contacted your Senators today? If not, call or email them now and tell them what you think about ObamaCare right now. It's just that important.

Given the Obama Administration's actuations in the Middle East, is this a surprise?

I wonder how Jewish liberal-progressives feel about being shoved into the back seat?

I met AG Edwin Meese, III, many years ago when I was a relatively young DEA Agent assigned to Chiang Mai, Thailand. We took him to the Thai-Burma border where he could view one of Khun Sa's camps on the Burmese side of the border from a Thai hilltop. He could see the barbed wire, concertina, trenches and weapons emplacements of the camp that was in place to protect the heroin trade headed by the now late Khun Sa, also known as Chang Chi-fu, during the 1980's. He could also see the dust and conditions which we had to endure as we conducted counter-narcotics operations in those mountains. As I remember he was very impressed with the efforts of our small office in Northern Thailand and also concerned that we had the proper support from the U.S. State Department and other U.S. agencies overseas.

During dinner at the Consul General's residence later that evening we had the opportunity to speak at length with the AG and I don't think that I'll ever forget the look on the U.S. Ambassador's face when the AG said, "Please excuse us, Bill. I'd like some time alone with my boys." ( Ambassador Bill Brown, where ever you are, rest easy. He only wanted to exchange "war stories" cop to cop"...and we loved him for that.) But I digress.

His comment on AG Holder's action to bring Khalid Sheikh Mohammad to New York City for trial is not long but it is, like his comment to the Ambassador those many years ago, pointed. I urge you to follow the link and read on.

Islam Bashers Repent

Islam Bashers Repent

Are there Muslims who only wish peace? Yes. We mean them no ill-will and allow them to worship as they wish and live as our neighbors. We only ask the same; and we support them as they struggle to gain control of their religion.

And we wait patiently for their ascendancy so that they will lead their fellow worshipers away from the unconscionable violence that is wrought in their name on a daily basis. But while we are waiting, those who follow the violent dictates of the warlord called Mohammad are plotting to kill us.

I will pray that the peace-lovers ascend quickly and gain control of their religion in order that they steer it away from the violence that now consumes it.

In the meanwhile, I will stay prepared and ready for their next attack knowing that it will come as sure as the morning. They have detected what they perceive as weakness and "surrender" in the tone of the Obama Administration and have projected that weakness to all Americans.

That will be their mistake.

Holder Stumped by Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC)

Newsbusters did an excellent job of getting the report out on this and I have to admit I was surprised that Holder was so easily stumped by the question. It is clear to me and should be to anyone who watched the testimony that Holder's decision to try Khalid Sheik Mohammad in New York was based on politics and not on law.

It is also clear that Sen. Graham is responding to the pressure of the people of his home state. And that is a very good thing.

Holder and the Culture of Corruption

Some well researched, interesting background on AG Holder from Michelle Malkin. Odd that the Main Stream Media missed this. Were their "fact checkers" busy elsewhere?

This, from the Heritage Foundation, won't be found in the Main Stream (i.e., State-controlled) Media because it goes directly against the message being peddled by the Obama Administration. The fact is that doctors don't support a government take-over of the medical profession especially if they've taken the time to read the bill.

We do need improvements but you won't find the needed improvements in the legislation. The Democrats are loath to actually improve the system as that would require an assault on one of their main constituencies--the trial lawyers--as well as repeal of the exemption of health insurance from falling under the 14th Amendment thus allowing the individual states to stop interstate sales that was enacted under the Roosevelt Administration during WW II. What needs to be done first to bring down the costs is tort reform. Following that a bill repealing antiquated legislation that bars interstate sales of health insurance. Having the Federal Government take-over the health industry is a step down the path towards rationed care favoring the political elite rather than the people.

And no one epitomizes the "political elite" better than the liberal-progressive-socialists now in Washington.
